@SkyUK on top of the poor internet coverage. You have charged me for equipment I have never received and equipment that was sent back via @RoyalMail. I now have to wait for an extender and then make another call to you to get an engineer appointment to sort the problem out! 2/2

@SkyUK disgraceful internet provider. I have had WiFi in my house for 2 months that does not get from 1 room to the next. I’ve had to pay extra for Sky Max and now they send me the same hub twice and not the extenders so I still do not have WIFI around my house 1/2

I would not recommend @virginmedia to anyone looking for good customer service.

@virginmedia I am extremely disappointed that I had my internet moved to my new house on Wednesday and it was only activated yesterday. This is after a conversation on Friday to tell me it would be activated on Friday. I was hoping to upgrade but now I will be looking to leave!

@GeoWithZP Best advice I got when training was to give out the instruction you want before you countdown e.g. I want silence in... and I make my 2 v loud but 1 is pretty normal level. Seems to work for me.

What are the opinions of using work booklets compared to exercise books for GCSE Geography? Considering doing 1 work booklet per topic to cut down on the copying out and more time on the understanding? #geographyteacher
