My application is pending SCRUTINY at Jayanagar RTO (SUPTD counter) for over a week. I visited the RTO today and was asked to re-apply despite completing the online process correctly, because I applied 3 services at a time.

I've raised complain and I'm not getting resolution.
I'm coordinating with ur customer service almost daily and Each time a new agent asks me for the issue. Even though I've told and written my issue 1000 times.

Even after escalation I'm not getting resolution. I did not get my exchanged product nd delivery agent marked it as delivered. He took the original product as well. So now I don't have any product with me nor my refund. I've all evidences and proofs to raise a legal complaint.

@SachinGambhirCa @myntra @MyntraSupport Upon their investigation, they fold me that my product was lost in transit. But due to some technical issue it was showing delivered. Later I received my refund.

@myntra @MyntraSupport I didn't receive your product. On raising the issue, it's been made clear that as per the investigation my order had already been delivered & nothing can be done.
Is this how you resolve the issues?
Atleast tell me where you delivered the damn product!!!
