But, the Irony is that most of the people actively voicing for Bihar won't vote as most of them are living, studying, earning in other states/countries.

The people who vote are mostly not on twitter and they aren't even aware of what PM MITRA park is and what benefits it can bring to their region/state.

They won't even know how a 6/8 lane Greenfield access controlled expressway looks like as Bihar has none.

The common man living in the villages of Bihar are happy with 2-4 lane motorable roads, 20-22 hrs of electricity, water supply and free ration.

They don't even know how ahead other states are from us.
Without knowing how would they even demand!!

Comment on what can we do to make the common man of Bihar aware of their demands and real issues that should be brought up to their leaders?

He's a letdown... The biggest disappointment. A master of empty promises. Talked big before becoming a minister... came to naught.

Had he focussed more on investments/development rather than his appearance and fashion, things might have turned out differently... Our politicians are self-serving... indifferent to the daily struggles and suffering of their own constituents.

Deepening societal disconnect, mobile penetration and lack of supervision leave these children particularly vulnerable.
