@Acer_India This is not the first time I am using a laptop with an LCD display. I even compared my laptop with other laptops that are displayed at the service centre. I couldn't find any issues like mine. If it is bleeding uniformly it is acceptable.

@Acer_India Then how come an acer service engineer identified it as an issue if it is normal?. If it is normal he should also certify it as normal, right?. That isn't the case here. Anyone with the naked eye can identify the issue. This is not the right way to treat.

@Acer_India @Acer_India I bought an Acer Swift Go 14 from Flipkart on Sep 28, and encountered severe backlight bleeding on the top-left corner. The Acer service center identified the issue, but your head office denied the replacement, calling it "normal" for LCDs.
