Huge shout out to our @SHAPEiowa Future Professionals committee for planning our workshop today! So many great takeaways for both students and current teachers!

[Mr. Arreola @MrA_PhysEd]

Had an empty wall so I had Ss submit pictures of them being physically active with their families outside of school. Ss would get a small prize if they submitted a picture. Each month Ss can submit a new picture and get a new prize! Submissions have gone up each month! #physed

That time of year has come in my #PhysEd classes again!! The 18-hole full gym Miniature Golf Course is back for 1-week only.

When the door opens and jaws hit the floor you know your Sunday set-up hours were worth it!!

[Jimmy Grassano @CLESPhysEd]

Sneak up tag as a warmup today in #PhysEd. Saw this presented by the one and only @AndrewWymer10s! Students had a blast and heart rates were up!

[Olivia Juarez @oliviajuarez21]

Thank you @JPHPhysEd for the game of “Too Many Cups.” It was perfect for our first day back and my Ss are begging to play again tomorrow! @PeaseMustangs #buildingpease #physed

[Kyle.PE.Bragg @ElemPE1]

"Ball on wall relay!" #physed #teamwork #cooperation

- No hands on the ball
- Ball can't touch the ground

1. How did the tone of voice & body language impact the team?

2. What amazing teamwork moment do you wish was caught on tape for Mr. Bragg & the rest of the class to see?

[Mr. Arreola @MrA_PhysEd]

@KlaffkePE @SHAPEiowa Thank you! We can chalk it up to beginners luck 😁

[Mr. Arreola @MrA_PhysEd]

Huge Shoutout to @SHAPEiowa for a great convention! I meet a lot of great professionals and learned a ton! This was definitely the perfect experience to get me ready for my first year teaching #PhysEd

Used some scrap pieces of wood in the garage to brain storm mini golf for a future PE lesson! Had a great volunteer helping test the proto type 😂 #PhysEd

[joe burch @PEforlife]

Ss are working on teamwork and strategy in #physed today. Create the picture shown on the wall out of pool noodles. One minute for each picture. Lots of interaction and engagement! @cpola17
