UFBU वालों को लगता है मोटा माल मिल चुका है #5DaysBanking को ठंडे बस्ते में डालने के लिए। अब ना तो इसे लागू करवाने के लिए कोई प्रयास दिखता है और ना तो हाई लेवल कमिटी को लेकर कोई चर्चा दिखती है। हाल में निकले सर्कुलर्स को देखें तो उनमें भी कोई जिक्र नहीं है। इन भ्रष्टाचारियों ने हमारे भविष्य का सौदा कर दिया है। राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर हो रही घटनाओं से अगर ये सीख लें तो बेहतर होगा, इनका चुनाव भी अपारदर्शी है और लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था तो नदारद है। जवाबदेही से बचते हैं और अपने किए वादों को पूरा भी नहीं करते। अगर किसी ने सवाल उठा दिया तो उस पर यूनियन विरोधी, एकता विरोधी जैसे लेबल लगा देते हैं। जाग जाओ चाचा & कंपनी, नहीं तो तुम सब की भी लंका लगने वाली है बहुत जल्द।

बैंक कर्मचारियों के मानसिक स्वास्थ्य पर बात होनी चाहिए। उन पर तनाव ज़रूरत से ज़्यादा होता जा रहा है। देश इसका नुक़सान भुगतेगा जैसा आजकल ख़बरों में लगातार देखा जा रहा है। घटनाएं बढ़ रही हैं।

Bankers will never forgive those 7 ufbu leaders who agreed for Sunday a public holiday under NI ACT working while we are agitating for Saturday off.
This is one decision which will haunt us forever and we will pay a heavy price for that in coming days .
Among ufbu bank based union AIPNBOF was the only officers union which refused to work on Sunday and facing management wrath for that .
But no regret ..
