I tried to make a report to the concerned officials. There is no proper response. The officials are unable to respond to the actual charges.

అయితే రాహుల్ అన్న ఆ మాటలు ఖండిస్తున్నారా అనే విధంగా మాజీ కేంద్రమంత్రి శశిథరూర్ వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.

శశిథరూర్ : అతను చాలా మంచివాడని, అతను అత్యంత సమర్థు��ు అని నేను అనుకుంటున్నాను.

ప్రధాని తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయం చాలా ఆసక్తికరమైనది. ఇది ఒక స్పెషలిస్ట్ అవసరమయ్యే మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ. అది కూడా, కేవలం రాజకీయ నాయకుడిగా మాత్రమే కాకుండా, తన జీవితకాలం ఆ విదేశాంగ శాఖలో పనిచేసి ఇటీవలే బయటకు గడిపిన ఒక నిపుణుడికి, దానిలో పనిచేస్తున్న వాడిగా లోపల ప్రతిదీ తెలుసు, దాని ఫలితంగా, మీరూ చూసారు, నాకూ అనిపిస్తోంది, విదేశాంగ మంత్రి పూర్తిగా వెంటనే పనిలో నిమగ్నమయ్యారు.. బహుశా ఒక రాజకీయ మంత్రి ఖచ్చితంగా ఇదే విధంగా చేయలేరు. అంతే కాదు, నా అంచనా ప్రకారం, బ్యూరోక్రాట్‌ను రాజకీయ పాత్రలో నియమించాలనే నిర్ణయం చాలా ఆశ్చర్యం కలిగెత్తించింది. అయితే ఇది మోడీ వ్యవహార శైలికి ఒక ముఖ్యమైన లక్షణంగా కనిపిస్తోంది. ఈ ప్రభుత్వంలో మాజీ బ్యూరోక్రాట్లు చాలా మంది ఉన్నారు. ఉదాహరణకు హరిదీప్ సింగ్ పూరి. ఇతను గతంలో అధికారిగా పనిచేసిన విభాగ మంత్రివర్గంలో నేడు మంత్రి కాదు. కానీ, అతను కూడా గతంలో ఒక విదేశాంగ మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ నుండి వచ్చిన వ్యక్తి. అతను ప్రస్తుతం పట్టణ అభివృద్ధి శాఖలో పని చేస్తున్నాడు. లేదా మీరు విద్యుత్ శాఖ మంత్రిగా అధికారాన్ని నిర్వహిస్తున్న మాజీ హోం సెక్రటరీ R. కానీ పార్లమెంటరీ వ్యవస్థలో, మీరు ఎన్నిక క���లేకపోతే, మీరు మంత్రిగా ఉండలేరు. అయితే మీరు ఎన్నుకోబడినట్లయితే, మిమ్మల్ని ఎన్నుకునేందుకు సరిపోయిన లక్షణాలు మీకు మంచి మంత్రిగా ఉండవలసిన నైపుణ్యాలు కాకపోవచ్చు.

కాబట్టి మిస్టర్ మోడీ చేస్తున్నది ఏమిటంటే, అతను నా మిత్రుడు జయ్ శంకర్ వంటి వ్యక్తులకు వెళ్లి ఎన్నికల్లో గెలవ వలసిన అవసరాన్ని తప్పించి, మీరు మీ పనిని బాగా చేయండి, మిమ్మల్ని పార్లమెంటు ఉభయ సభలలో ఒకదానిలో ఉంచడం అనేది నేను ���ూసుకుంటాను అని చెప్పాడు. ఇది అతని నుండి అసాధారణమైన, వి��ూత్నమైన పద్ధతి.
