@TheGopalan Becoz I ordered the same product before which was delivered to me on 31st July. But it was a used product and I raised a complaint with proofs and got the refund on 12th August. Then I ordered the same product again and received soap.

@daksh_shhh Haan bhai mujhe pata hai ye meri sabse badi bhool thi jo video sahi se nai banaya. But still maine ye video sirf public awareness ke liye tweet kiya. Aajkal ye bohot chal raha hai. Or mostly sellers ya delivery partners kar rahe hai.

@raiajit022 @amazonIN On my history, they would have found out that the same product was returned with proofs on 8 Aug bcoz it was a used product. It was the second time i received a soap.

@raiajit022 @amazonIN In my tweet I am not claiming for any refund/Replacement. Its not about money. I asked #AmazonIndia to provide me reason for rejecting the claim. I understand video is misleading bcoz of my inexperience in unboxing videography. But its not fake atleast for me.

@murtazamaqbool_ That is not a cut bhai. Its a pause. Its because the box was glued and was difficult to open. I had to pause video to open.

@whatisalzimer Video has a pause because my wife was not able to open it. When I tried opening it I found that the box was glued. That is why box was sliding to open.

They have a special executive team. You can only reach them via email and you will get a reply in one line "we regret that we can't proceed further to issue refund/Replacement". BTW above reply is a detailed response with resolution. #AmazonIndia if you see the reason show it.

#AmazonIndia & Cocoblu retail have started a new way to cheat people by selling soaps & other cheap products in place of costly electronic devices. When u call customer care for complaints. They will 1st apologize to u & give u false hope that ur case will be handled on priority.
