The regular bill amount for 423 units is Rs.1320.
Since the subsidy scheme came into effect from 10th May to the current billing date (25th May), only 15 days are applicable for subsidy calculation.

Accordingly, subsidy for 27 units is eligible apart from the regular free 100 units.

0 to 100 units – Free
Subsidy for 27 units – Rs.63
Therefore,
Rs.1320 - Rs.63 = Rs.1257 payable.

From the next billing cycle, if the consumer’s total consumption is within 500 units, up to 200 units will be free under the subsidy scheme.
