When Sowore became Chairman of his political party after they hijacked same in 2019, many said he was undemocrat. While I do not endorse or support Sowore being the chairman & also the presidential candidate of his party but I see wisdom in it because most Nigerians can’t say no to dollars and bag of rice. As long as it is in the constitution of his party that he can hold both positions, then it’s legal. The so called democrats in ADC are almost stranded and road to go Otuoke no dey in the voice of Asari after Tinubu and Wike hijacked PDP.

How did I know about SOWORE?

In 2017/18, I had recently joined the Education Rights Campaign, Lasu Chapter at the time and was actively looking for which candidate to support in 2019. APC was never an option with that rubbish Buhari was doing, in my search I even attend a campaign stuff organized for Atiku in Ikeja or Ogba I am not sure. That one climbed stage and was telling us how his wife is a Yoruba woman like that was enough reason to vote for him (agbaya oshi), you might see a picture of one yellow pawpaw running behind a convoy, that was the foolish me 😩😩

We had a meeting at the ERC which had ANSA reps @activistfemi and I think Sanya in attendance, Late Omomeewa introduced us and we went to discuss policies and all that kinda discussion, I was then invited to town hall meeting with Sowore the following week.

I was on my way to Ibadan and surprisingly I met few of Lasu comrades, we sha went. Ideas choke, policies clear, clear cut direction, communication and execution. After the whole talk, I think say they will give me my transport back I asked Femi and the baba just held me by the shoulder and said ‘we cannot expect a working society after collecting the money from the contractor’ which kind analogy be this? Femi my head will judge you, I haven’t forgiven you 😂😂😂, I used my one week food money come Ibadan ooo😂

In all, I am here to tell you that, if Sowore has only one vote in 2027 best believe that na me vote for am!!!
