@beyondbehaviour Steve, I have a real issue with the word ‘rule’, similar to ‘should’. I think it has unhelpful connotations. I prefer to talk about needs (in order to respect and take responsibility) and expectations. Siegel & Bryson’s ‘No-Drama Discipline’ is a great starting point
