🚨 Vì Sao Donald Trump Muốn Thị Trường Sụp Đổ?

Có vẻ như chính quyền Trump đang muốn thị trường tài chính "chao đảo" trong ngắn hạn, nhưng mục tiêu thực sự lại là để cứu nền kinh tế dài hạn.

Lý do chính nằm ở khoản nợ 7 nghìn tỷ USD mà Mỹ phải thanh toán trong 6 tháng tới. Nếu không có đủ tiền trả, chính phủ sẽ phải tái cấp vốn (refinance), và đây chính là vấn đề lớn.

📌Trump không muốn tái cấp vốn với lãi suất cao
- Hiện tại, lợi suất trái phiếu 10 năm từng lên đến 4.8%. Nếu Mỹ phải đi vay lại với mức lãi suất này, gánh nặng tài chính sẽ cực kỳ lớn.

📌Làm sao để giảm lợi suất trái phiếu 10 năm?
- Thị trường phải có dấu hiệu suy yếu.
- Chính phủ cần tạo ra sự bất ổn, khiến nhà đầu tư lo lắng và chuyển dòng tiền từ cổ phiếu sang trái phiếu.
- Khi nhu cầu mua trái phiếu tăng, lợi suất sẽ giảm, giúp việc tái cấp vốn trở nên rẻ hơn.

📌Chiến thuật của Trump: Kích hoạt bất ổn để "ép" lợi suất giảm
- Áp thuế quan: Tạo lo ngại về tăng trưởng kinh tế, làm giảm niềm tin vào thị trường chứng khoán.
- Gây bất ổn cho thị trường: Khiến nhà đầu tư rời khỏi cổ phiếu và đổ tiền vào trái phiếu, từ đó hạ lợi suất.
- Tạo điều kiện để Fed giảm lãi suất: Khi nền kinh tế có dấu hiệu chững lại, Fed sẽ có lý do để giảm lãi suất, tiếp tục đẩy lợi suất trái phiếu xuống.
