@SkyHelpTeam Moving to sky was the worst thing I ever did. Sky puck continues to have problems with sound which has been a known issue for a while. Broadband has now started dropping out intermittently. Roll on September 2026 when I can move provider.
@sky the sky puck must be the worst thing you have ever produced. Randomly stops working, weekly switching of the sound input and a terrible user interface. Broadband great, tv puck awful. Unfortunately I’ve still got 18 months of my contract left.
@OneCallInsuran1 my family will not use #onecallinsurance again. You cannot get into portal, online chat takes ages. Payment wouldn’t work. We asked for a call to a home no. but it went to a mobile which was missed. No one could help when we rang back. Is this customer service?
