@MartinePelleri1@edutopia@EducLang Another way to generate student thought & participation is to say, "I need two (or any number you choose) questions from the class before we move on," rather than the usual, "Does anyone have a question?"
@alicekeeler I agree with most of your insights but not this one. As a T who has written many a lengthy personalized report card comment, I found that S and P just skim through to find the grade or percentage. A personalized comment is best given in a conference, phone call, or email.
