@HMWSSBOnline Thank you @HMWSSBOnline they have been closing the complaints raised from app without any notice to me which is more frustrating. @MDHMWSSB please help sir. For last month they have provided only 62KL for whole apartment of 20 flats and charged minimum bill of 2530/- .

But even after pre-booking, they took around 4 months only to send half baked product. Will wait some more days. After all ,they are doing something new we have to support😊.

But with the amount of time they got so far, they could have well planned and well organised to bring this to an end customer with promised features and great App.
