@JeepCares I’m quite sure they are aware of what they charged me. Including the charge for customer service. The problem with your response is that you’re telling me “Jeep Cares” but they can charge you whatever they want and there is no corporate standard or overwatch for local businesses.

@JeepCares Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014 key fob replacement. Does it REALLY COST $350 to get a lost fob replaced. Was told it would be around $100 for the fob with the cut key insert and I expected the uptick from labor… At checkout I was told it was $350!!! Is this the average?
