@TfL Hi. Travelled from Heathrow to London on Lizzie instead of Picc. today under advisement from TfL staff. Was told I can apply for a refund online on my Oyster, but been all over TfL website & in my Oyster account but can’t see how to apply. Could you advise please. Thanks!

@alamocares Have a car pickup from Miami Sunny Isles Beach during working hours. Pickup info says I have to call 1 hour before pickup which is a little inconvenient as am deaf. Is depot not manned during opening hours?
