@Stealx Relative to other top 1 cities, the Chicagoland market is still a bargain for what you get in LA/NYC/SF. Hearing more and more about transplants moving here for this reason.
@Barchart It likely boils down to how much money the Fed decides to print and circulates through the system. Any number is achievable, but real returns when taking out inflation is the real question.
@wallstmemes That is not what it is saying. This is Oracles risk over time that includes the GFC. Nowhere does it state its risk is higher than LB, but only references LB collapsing in 08’.
@marcuslemonis@AlderLaneEggs@FoxBusiness Happens elsewhere and doesn’t seem to be an issue. I think on the plus side it will bring management to focus on longer term goals vs meeting the next quarterly guide.
There are obvious issues with the trading of NYMEX contracts right now. Maybe they are trying to figure out how to close that 55k contracts June26 net short without a price flash spike to 250$...
This is a funny coincidence
Michael Obadal was Anduril's Senior Director before President Trump nominated him for Under Secretary of the Army
In a recent filing report, Michael disclosed up to $500K in Anduril stock he kept. Ethics experts call this "unheard of"
Surprise, 6 months later, the Army awarded Anduril a $20B contract
What's even more suspicious, Trump Jr's fund 1789 Capital is an Anduril investor at a 30B valuation
The timing is either the greatest coincidence in defense contracting history, or it isn't
@DarioCpx Curious on the secondary effects of this when it comes to EVs/Solar/other industries needing to take price due to their raw materials spiking.
