@CoxHelp That doesn’t help but it is an explanation. Why can’t Cox tell me that, even after the outage, without me reaching out? “We’re sorry you experienced an outage…” That would reflect good customer service.
@CoxHelp another unannounced Cox maintenance outage. If I’d known, I would have made other plans. Will you ever take the feedback and adopt proactive customer service ? #WorkFromHome
https://t.co/a1TMGwavSe Runner safety can’t get enough focus in the wake of the latest violence against runners. #ElizaFletcher What are the solutions? Not everyone can afford connected wearables.
@CoxHelp My monthly bill just went up $20 without warning or explanation - not even on the bill. Now I have to reach out here for that courtesy. Please. #Gaslighting
Really enjoying my time at @ADPList 🙌!! I couldn't recommend it enough for you to join this platform to learn or mentor together in this global community!
@CoxHelp Your latest unannounced outage vacates the rest of my WFH day. You "improved" our network less than seven days ago. While I wait for another internet provider to enter our local market, how about you credit my account?
@CoxHelp Internet is out in our neighborhood. A familiar pattern. No notification. I have to go on your site to opt in to alerts - EVERY TIME. "ETA 3:30pm" - 4 hours later. THE WORST
@CoxHelp An idea to facilitate more efficient and timely communication around planned outages would be a text notification system. Customers could opt in to these notifications. You're a tech company in 2022 that relies on snail mail, email, and door hangers (never got mine).
@CoxHelp We are having our "planned" outage in my neighborhood in Gainesville, Florida. Where was the door hanger 2 days before? And the "detailed scheduling information"?
Should I have to sign up for text notifications about an outage you planned? And where was that promised door hanger? And why the outage? Our public utilities have better communications than our local cable monopoly. #notcustomerfocused#localmonopoly@CoxComm

@saku_zuckerberg@Craig_A_Spencer “Mild” is relative and it’s in the eye of the provider. I have Covid with intense neck and back pain, constant. I went to the ER and doc said, “typical Covid aches and pains”.
