@hexclad I placed an order and had it confirmed on 28th November. Despite send 2 chasing emails to find out where my delivery is I still have not received my order, and no response to either email. What do I need to do to get my goods?

@hsamuelhelp I ordered some earrings back in Nov to be delivered to the Lewisham Store. I was emailed and told they were dispatched and went to collect from the Store I found that it had permanently closed. I have spoken to cust services 4 times ref 1541962 but still no delivery. HELP!
