🚨 PAYOUT DISPUTE — @AlphaCapitalUK

A trader claims their payout was rejected for a “News Window violation.”

According to the trader:

📌 Trade opened: 13 minutes before the news
📌 Trade closed: 5 minutes 45 seconds after the news

Alpha Capital’s published rules state that the restricted window is 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after the news release, and that trades opened more than 5 minutes before the event may be held.

So the trader @Rohitfx315 is questioning:

If the position was opened 13 minutes before the news and closed 5 minutes 45 seconds after, why was the payout rejected for a news-window violation?

If the rule is strictly a 5-minute window, then the trader is asking Alpha Capital to clarify exactly which part of the rule was allegedly violated.

Transparency matters. 🚨
