@CareemMAR@careem I have sent multiple queries on cancelled ride/wrongly charged incident involving one of your drivers via the app since 10/12/2025 but to no avail. I have then tried to get in touch with @CareemMar via X since 13/12/2025 but no status update has been given as of today.
