Here’s how we did it for early days Jobify before the company’s tech was licensed out to a government-backed org.
Step 1:
Have a useful product for a specific cohort. No amount of good marketing will compensate for your product not retaining users.
Step 2:
Hire a blonde girl to be the face of your content.
Kinda joking, kinda not.
They are attention magnets.
And when you’re irrelevant, attention is all that matters (within reason of course).
Unless you’re building the next OpenAI, you need to find a way to break through all the noise, and blondes are easily the most effective way to do that.
I don’t make the rules, just speaking from what the data has shown me several times as a growth operator.
Long shiny bright hair on the feed usually stops your scroll.
Now, obviously make sure that the creative copy or formats align with what your product exists for.
Step 3:
Route that attention into some form of owned audience capture. Can be a free pdf claim, free download, etc. For us it was downloads as the product’s list of opportunities was the draw itself, but for you it might be something upstream like a fitness guide, and once you own the audience you can upsell them on whatever is next in the value ladder.
That’s it.
Simple.

Everyone says distribution is the moat now.
I think it goes deeper.
Community is the real moat.
It’s coming down to how effective you are at mobilizing your cohort.
@natnaelgirma27@Dahilonx Part of acquisition costs bro, gotta at least allow enough for 1 free full generation. Also, having as many product demo cases on your site helps ofc.
Side note, feel like you can do some damage on Reddit w this product. Tons of startup threads to tap into. Peep bio
