@RogersHistory This has technically already been done, think of all the school reality TV shows “educating…X” and even the fictional ones e.g. Waterloo Rd which glamourise teacher disrespect. Almost as if the public enjoy it. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@BhamCityCouncil Repairing a pool in one of the most affluent suburbs of Birmingham (with multiple pools nearby) whilst inner city pools such as Small Heath and Newtown (with no pools within miles) have been lying derelict for years, what about the funding for those? Do better @BhamCityCouncil

Early-career teachers of X!

I’m exploring teacher workload for my doctoral research. How have you found workload this year (or last)?

What has stood out or contributed most to your experience?

Responses welcome - from a single word to a private DM.

Spending the summer teaching in China 🇨🇳 has been an incredible experience. It’s deepened my pedagogy, sharpened my cultural awareness, and expanded my professional network. I'm excited to bring these insights back and support the ongoing development of my colleagues! 📚 🏫

It has been a year now, given your pledge in the video to do temporary repairs and the community to have access to swimming ‘as quickly as possible’.

Has any progress been made?
