ಈವರೆಗೆ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿದ ಹಣದಿಂದ ರಸ್ತೆ ಸುಧಾರಿಸಲು ಏನು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ? ಹಣ ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಖರ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ? ಮತ್ತೆ ₹450 ಕೋಟಿ ಯಾಕೆ ಬೇಕು?
