I thought this was really cool and interesting because I know for me personally in stressful situations where conflict could arise it is very hard to stay calm and see all sides and perspectives fairly and be able to communicate efficiently and effectively. #mavorg

@literalgrbge He must really have fomo for taking the day off. #mavorg

[Makenzie Jennings @mrj2234]

I have been thinking a lot about this and post graduation I think I want to either find a job that is fully remote or somewhat hybrid because I want a sense of flexibility in my day to day life. #mavorg

I noticed out shopping this year that Black Friday deals are just not really a thing anymore. No stores were offering huge discounts or free gifts, it kind of felt like a joke. #mavorg

I think that this is a good thing that even fashion companies are being held accountable when it comes to things involving children. #mavorg

@SethVarnerOMA I completely agree with you about the potential difficulties traveling in an electric vehicle cross-country. I do not personally think it is for me. #mavorg

I think that this is very beneficial that there is an app that can warn you when an earthquake is about to approach and potentially get more people to safety. #mavorg

With graduation approaching next spring I am starting to kind of stress myself out about trying to find an actual job in my career field. #mavorg

[Makenzie Jennings @mrj2234]

@DielkysRoldan That is awesome you have the opportunity to make extra money during this holiday season! #mavorg

[Makenzie Jennings @mrj2234]

With the Holiday season approaching I am hoping everyone that does get a puppy this year does end up keeping their puppy and not giving them to the pound because shelters are filling up or instead of getting a puppy go to the local shelter and pick one out there instead. #mavorg

“Everybody is full to the brim. It’s so horrific out here, and animals are suffering every day.”

I am just now realizing how close to Christmas and the busy holiday season we are and I have yet to get anyone Christmas presents, so I feel like I am very behind. #mavorg

@taylorenglish34 Oh my goodness, it sounds like you need some time to catch your breath! I hope your team can pull through and work together during this busy season. #mavorg

[Makenzie Jennings @mrj2234]

Something I think is very strange is how people can just put their two weeks notice in but then not come to their last two weeks of schooled shifts, I could never do that to a company. #mavorg

[Makenzie Jennings @mrj2234]

I think that this is awesome that a female is an owner of an NBA team. #mavorg

@MichaelGoehri14 That is astounding to me that they do not let people finish out the two weeks, if I worked here I would quit immediately. #mavorg

I have personally experienced this when I was interning for an accounting firm and it was so stressful for every preparer involved because there's so many steps involved in filing a tax return. #mavorg

And just like clockwork, the 11th hour email (yes it arrived at 11 pm) before the deadline from the client who has none of their stuff to me and wants to have the return done by this afternoon. #TaxTwitter

I have noticed when living with other people communicating what is bothering you is so important because not everyone can tell when something is bothering you and communication is so important to be able to understand everyone and everything going on. #mavorg
