@amolrajan I recognised it all. That was 12 years ago. It does hit hard and jeez it hits deep but you do rebuild and you do recover. You'll never "get over" it - how can you? - but you will get your vim back. Suspect it will happen at the same time your kids (4)

@amolrajan We had a 3rd child after, the inexplicable sense of loss, the feeling as if you finally grow up (very quickly), the dreams (with tears) and the erosion of ebullience/zeal, etc. Plus the reaching out to others who lost a parent (as I am doing now). (2)

@amolrajan I listened to you on the #Midpoint with Gabby Logan over the weekend. The way you describe what you're going through/been through with the passing of your father was so similar to what. I experienced when my mother passed away. I was 34, 2 young kids (1)
