Hi Stephen there is an earlier flight to Heathrow however your ground staff refuse to offer any help BA doesn’t answer the phone after 1 hour I eventually get through to BA but she won’t put me on earlier Heathrow flight as it’s showing 1.50 mins late and not 2 hours typical BA
