@AskAmex drove to the second hotel only to be told that they have no reservation in the system for us either. We have now been here going on 3 hours. It is Almost 9pm, but of course AMEX goes home super early so support is almost non-existent

@AskAmex AMEX Platinum travel booked us at another much worse hotel across town for 2x the cost (on top of the original reservation cost, remember). This is almost 3.5 hours into the ordeal 👎

@AskAmex AMEX Platinum travel was confused as their system already showed a reservation for today (as am I). They called the hotel to no avail. Tried to book a second room (on my dime of course) only to be told the hotel had no vacancy

@AskAmex AMEX said they would look into what happened and work out a refund. But that process could take up to 3 days. Said my only option was to book a SECOND reservation through Platinum Travel while they looked into the situation

@AskAmex booked family trip, arrived at the hotel and although AMEX showed a confirmed booking in their system, the hotel did not. Showed that an AMEX agent had requested a date change, which AMEX denied

@slcairport awesome new airport SLC, but, I know you are a Delta Hub and all but did you have to make flying Southwest such a punishment!? Been walking for 9 hours and just now see passenger pick-up off in the distance!

I hate #uber in SLC. So bad at doing what Uber is supposed to do. #traveltips Use #lyft, especially in SLC. And ESPECIALLY to and from the airport

@JetBlue Departing from SLC DON'T bother with @JetBlue. They are always, always delayed. But man, more often than not their delays are crazy 3-4+ hr delays Crazy
