@straintracey1 @paige_bateman2 Indeed. Swissport's site is on Almond Road (which is on the airport campus) I first asked the lost property guy in the terminal who told me to knock ok Swissports door just beside him. They then gave me directions to that location on Almond Road

@AClostmyluggage My story. YQM-YYZ-EDI June 28th. After 10 days waiting for no contact and no updates on Worldtracer I decided to check my final destination again. Turned out there was a storage warehouse on site for delayed luggage. And sure enough, there was my case.

@simonarndt It wasn't a room but an old aircraft hangar they had set up in just for missing luggage. On the outskirts of the airport nowhere near the terminal. Baggage staff working in there and anyone could enter.

@Uttmusicians @AClostmyluggage Do you know for sure it is still in Toronto? My experience was that the bag was delivered to my final destination in the end but no one was informed. You might just want to try your final destination and see if they have it in storage.

If you are able to check in person at your final destination for such a storage place, you might just get lucky. Hope this helps our little (though growing) community.

Air Canada had the biggest portion of luggage as you might expect... Anyway, it seems they are getting the luggage to final destinations on following flights but neither the airline, airport or luggage companies are making any effort to contact you.

Could you give the rest of us some indication as to how long the first bag took from lost-returned. Maybe even flight route? 🙏
