@Adenry10@KHASAH42@yizzyfied@Buchi_Laba@athenaartemis_ Ronaldo cannot do that, the most he could do was wing play dribble 15 years ago....
He can't drop deep, and join the build up,
He is a prolific goal machine, or used to be.
The Best thing Ronaldo would have done for this team is be a team player, he needs to acknowledge that he is no longer that guy we used to know..
Take a step back, encourage and push the able ones, come in after the last hydration break, make good use of the minutes. No one cares how you win.
@Kecyy Gbam...
If she raises her hands on you, a cold look, proper escort services, back to who raised her. Let her tell her Dad that she was able to hit her husband
@Xayawaan1@YashRMFC Vitinha and Pedri are not attacking midfielders, they flop when you consider them as one, they're deep lying playmakers, their main role is to dictate the tempo of the game and exert control, adding a goal or an assist is extra
I used the term "busiest" days.. Fridays and Sundays....
Until you run one, you'll never know.
Setting up a standard Club in Nigeria at present condition will cost you over 300m.. with a running cost of 5 to 20m monthly, depending on staff strength, electricity consumption, service standards.
Most clubs despite marking up over 200-800%, they barely make 50% in gross profit after factoring operational cost.
What you see as extortion isn't necessarily so.
For most clubs, the busiest days of the week are Fridays and Sundays, just 2 days out of 7. That's roughly 8 major earning days per month, or about 130 peak business days in a year, from which they must recover their investment and sustain operations.
Within those few profitable days, they have to generate enough revenue to cover:
Electricity (diesel or grid power)
Staff salaries
Maintenance and repairs
Security
Operational licences
Taxes
Environmental permits
Rent or return on investment
And after all these expenses, the owner still needs to make a profit.
Clubs don't merely sell drinks; they sell an experience. You're paying for the atmosphere—the music, DJs, hype men, bottle girls, lighting effects, ambience, security, and overall entertainment. None of these come cheap; they all require significant investment and ongoing expenditure.
If the objective is simply to consume a drink, one could buy it from a liquor store, sit comfortably at home, put on a DJ mix from YouTube, and have a good time. The premium charged in clubs is largely for the experience and environment they create, not just the bottle on the table.
@NigeriaStories This is a necessary and proactive step on their part.
Are they also considering suspending demurrage charges, or implementing a subsidized demurrage rate, given that the delays in cargo clearance are a direct result of the congestion experienced during this period?
@Footballtweet@FIFAcom@FIFAWorldCup should be doing everything possible to have her watch the matches live... this is one is those stories that transcends football on the pitch, and she could be the only football lover who at this age... let's not sleep on this
