@DFSCare I’ve been back and forth with your customer service team and so far the service has been awful. No attempt to push forward to finding a solution, just multiple, ‘there’s nothing more we can do’ emails. I’m really hoping you won’t end up giving me the same response.

.@DFS Ordered bed start of Jan, delivered end of Jan but you forgot slats. Still no sign of slats as @dwelluk has run out and now told 2 wait another 2-4 weeks 4 delivery of entire new bed. Oh and when bed was delivered, refused to carry upstairs even though you said they would.
