@JANGZ999 @Headteacherchat Staff. I work with younger pupils and although elements of the approach might work with these pupils, it is staff I am focused on. Thank you.
@StPetersDH @Headteacherchat Thanks for your reply. So you individually make the time to coach each of them. Would you look to roll this out further, is it sustainable as it is, was if difficult to get their buy-in/time?
@mattdechaine@Headteacherchat Thanks for replying to this. I think we are clear on why, now trying to clarify what it might look like. I am ready, but need to make sure everyone else is……! TY
@JenSwift15@Headteacherchat Yes, there will be some nervousness I’m sure, hence wanting to tread carefully. Understood regarding unique contexts. Thanks for these points.
@MalCPD@Headteacherchat Thank you. Some really important questions to consider. I think the school is ready, we’ve done some basic training with some interested middle leaders and yes effective communication about the rationale is next…..
@AriffYasmin @RosieBirks@Headteacherchat@CVPGROUP_ Thanks, both. I work in a small international school and hence am unlikely to be able to access Uk funding I suspect. Let me look up what you do at CVP. Thanks.
