Repeat after me: there is no such thing as a 'no deal-lite'.
(i) EU will not agree to 'mini deals' that run until 2021. Also highly unlikely these cd be negotiated in next 16 days.
(ii) Temporary measures wd be valid for a couple of months, at best.
