Through induction with the team we purposefully do a jargon phrasebook where we change “services land” language to compassionate English #relationshipsmatter

We’ve been embedding #restorative practice within our children’s home for the last year & it’s great. However, the real victories have started to come over the last few months where the young people are using it to resolve conflict between themselves and repair relationships ⭕️
