So disappointing at Chavasse Park this evening. On a night when KJT, one of our own, prepares to fight for Olympic gold, the staff started to clear the seating at 6 o'clock. Everytime anyone left a seat it was immediately removed from in front of the big screen.

Managed to complete the half marathon this morning guys. Took me 2:40 but never been this old before!! After a week of little sleep and constant pain due to a bout of sciatica I was able to find a strong enough pain killer to get me round the course.
