most frustrating about where uva hoops is right now, is that we built up the brand and kept playing like we had no house money... When we got house money, we played like we we broke.

so pissed at @ThermoWorksInc and @USPSHelp. From waiting for months for a product to ship to now having a package being stuck in a loop of incompetence and non delivery(locally) for over a week... Not sure if I could have been failed by two service providers any harder.
