The Tate brothers' lawyer claims authorities pressured witnesses, forced plea deals, and says a defamation trial could collapse the case against them.

"And this is the plan. They get them to the United Kingdom. They threaten with 100 years in jail, or they say you can have a plea offer for maybe two to five. You'll be out in a year and a half or two years. If they take that deal, they lose all their wealth, they lose their reputation."
