Mondays are for baking! Today we worked hard to create our well thought out, Anglo-Saxons inspired bread. Children worked resiliently in groups to create a dough, which we let prove over lunch. Then we decorate and shaped our breads. Fantastic effort has led to fantastic bread!🍞
