@RoyalMailHelp I want to send a portable power bank but it was refused in my local PO. It's basically an electronic device connected to a li battery (exactly like a mobile phone) which as per your leaflet is permitted in the UK and intl. Can you confirm? Why was it refused???

@recordstore placed an order on 18th November for two items. Late last week I received one of the items on said order. No comms from you regarding the missing item. Is it in stock? Are you planning to send it? If so, when? If not, when am I getting a refund? Frustrating.
