Warning. Bought @HIKVISIONUK CCTV camera from @AmazonUK to go with a HIKvision DVR. Had a problem but HIKVISION refused to help because it came from Amazon. #badcustomerservice Will I buy another @HIKVISIONUK product? I don't think so.

@farrman@UKFast I really can't understand what the problem is? They should be more forthcoming with info. Like "Sorry, the power outage has taken some core switches out, we are replacing them" or something.
Our hosting provider is experiencing a power outage, so our website is currently down; apologies for the inconvenience and we are hoping it will be up and running again soon! CA
@PAnnoyed @TheProximityMC We do test our power regularly and have backup generators. We will be investigating why this happen and let you know in due course.
