In light of the recent public statements and administrative commitments concerning the blanket withdrawal or quashing of First Information Reports (FIRs) related to the agitations led by the CJP and associated acts of public disorder, our Clients wish to assert their legal rights and standing. They vigorously oppose any such executive concessions or applications filed pursuant to Section 360 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 (formerly known as Section 321 of the CrPC).

It is well-established in law that the withdrawal of criminal prosecution cannot be permitted as a mere political compromise or executive leniency in cases involving cognizable offenses such as public violence, obstruction of public servants in the line of duty, and disturbance of public peace. Consequently, our Clients will be submitting appropriate Intervention Applications and Impleadment Petitions to the competent jurisdictional Courts. They aim to demonstrate that any unilateral withdrawal of prosecution threatens the rule of law, and the dismissal of such criminal proceedings without judicial review would be entirely illegitimate, legally unsound, and against the public interest.

WHY DOES @chennaicorp HAVE PSYCHOS AS EMPLOYEES?

People ask why we are not using GCC for sterilisation, and here is why!

You can find all the incompetent vets in @chennaicorp . Yes, you heard me right!

These are vets who literally play with dogs’ lives. Most of the dogs sterilised by GCC and released back are dead today.

Look at this video. A sterilised community dog is being released before the wound has even healed. He has been cut open, stitched up, and made to jump from a height before the wound has healed!

Which educated vet would do this? All of this happens under the supervision of GCC VOs Dr Kamal Hussain and Dr Dayanidhi.

Despite multiple complaints over several years, they continue to do this, which only proves that they are clearly behind these botched surgeries and the inhumane instructions given to employees.

The employees of @chennaicorp are all psychos, and this has been clearly shown in the way they handle pregnant dogs, sick dogs, and even puppies!

It is time to expose them! It is time for @CMOTamilnadu @BussyAnand to launch an investigation into them and question these acts of incompetence, as well as the disappearance of many dogs collected as part of the process of implementing the Supreme Court order.
