@Ryanair we paid for extra leg room and priority boarding and was refused priority boarding and didn’t have extra leg room seats because you changed the plane last minute. Air steward said it wasn’t his problem and couldn’t help us. Not good when 6ft 3 and have to be squashed!

@British_Airways @Gatwick_Airport disgusting customer service, picked up a suitcase like ours by mistake and the baggage manager threatened us on the phone with the police if they didn’t return it, then put the phone down on us when we rung her to sort it out disgusting service
