@BowleroBowl I had an event there and I was totally dissatisfied. For the amount of money you all charge for your time square location to have broken soda machines watering down your drinks charging extra fees after we waiting hours for food and drinks

@Delta Flight DL526 on Monday coming from ATL to JFK we had to fly to Syracuse and back to JFK was delayed 1 hour and 1/2 and it’s hard to get in contact with a representative this is ridiculous. The weather in NY was fine not sure why we had to fly to Syracuse and back

@Delta 6 hours delay for maintenance on a aircraft and no explanation is ridiculous. The service on this flight from Miami to JFK is unacceptable. I’m one customer but I don’t think I will be flying with you all again.
