@melatinungsari Prep and do batch cooking. Freeze it and it is one less headache to figure masak apa hari ini. Make it a family activity too during prep and living skills unlock for the kiddos and hub 😄 Health benefits outweighs the cost in the long run.
Dear YB @anthonyloke - the road from Subang airport to Fed Highway lies under which dept/majlis’s jurisdiction? It has been ages that there is no lighting at many sections and now that they tar the road, no lane lines too. This is disaster waiting to happen.

Hello @anthonyloke while it is great to have more airlines operating out of Subang Airport, can we also at least get the lights working and lighted up along Jln Lapangan Terbang? It’s a hazard especially with all the potholes (plus darkness) towards Federal Highway.
@hannahyeoh Can we also seriously tell the RELA peeps there not to smoke (especially in their uniforms) and not zoom around on their motorbikes on the pedestrian pavements?
Yes, agree with @rajiv4malaysia, can we please move on from proposing highways to solve traffic jams in our city?
"No city in the world with more than two million people and high (80%) car usage can solve traffic jams with highways."
"Let's move on and look towards developing good public transport."

Dear @AmirudinShari, as a PJ resident, we really DO NOT want another highway. Walking from one place to another safely is all we need/want. From home/workplace to schools/shops/markets/stations. Hongkongers walk in 35 C in walkways all over the city, we can too. #NOtoPJDLink
A specialist at the medical department of Ampang Hospital says over 20 medical officers quit since last year. Ampang Hospital is now down to just 35 MOs, and ~10 HOs and 10 specialists, as patient loads rise. "We are heading towards a health care crisis."

1. The Serdang Heart Centre, opened in Dec 2022 to reduce dependency on Kuala Lumpur's National Heart Institute, has been plagued with issues, reports The Star.
Sources say 4 operating theatres cannot be used, due to issues like faulty air conditioning.

Things that Malaysians have done bc petrol has been so cheap:
We buy houses far away from work, contributing to urban sprawl
We buy too many 🚗 or bigger 🚗 than we need
We do not value public transport, which gives an excuse not to improve it, which makes us not value it 🔄
1. Ex- Kuala Krau MP Ismail Said has admitted to disposing rice and other food stocks at a dumping site in Temerloh, Pahang.
The items were part of stockpiles to meet public demand when he was district MP, claims the former deputy home minister.

Dear @anthonyloke and @MY_Airports, that one and only escalator to service the non-stop crowd disembarking the shuttle buses from Terminal C to the main terminal is ridiculous. No stairs and only one other lift (for the disabled) beside it 🤦🏻♀️
Dear @tiongkingsing, letting you know that Seoul has managed to attract high spending tourists thru attractive duty free incentives. Lots of SEA, HK, Japanese & Chinese arrivals here spending like there is no tomorrow. Buying an extra luggage back seems to be the norm. M’sia?
Dear @rafiziramli, not wrong to help to those who need it, but we also need to position & market ourselves to the world. Walking around the streets of Seoul, I found Charles & Keith, Bee Cheng Hiang, Crystal Jade and a Justin Quek food outlet (all SG brands ya). We can do better.
