It’s become a bit of a tradition to bake a cake inspired by the @JohnLewisRetail Christmas ad, so here’s this years. Anyone else wondering what’s in the box? What memory did Sally unlock 🤔 the only thing I’m sure of is that it’s not the missing @waitrose bauble dessert 😉

@KirstieMAllsopp I met so many people, saw so many places & my basic first year of French studies were boosted beyond recognition. I didn’t even think twice about that being weird by today’s standards until this came up. Made me think about my own kids independence or lack of.

@KirstieMAllsopp We spent a couple of weeks in the most beautiful village, touring different areas, even day tripped over to Spain. They then put me on a plane in the South of France & my Dad collected me from the airport back in Manchester.

@MoneySavingExp We play the fruit bridge game on long motorway journeys, you take it in turns to call out a different fruit every time you go under a bridge. When we run out of that then it’s the alphabet game for whatever theme we fancy, Marvel Characters & snacks tend to be popular for us.

@simonrim @greensveggie How sad 😔 Greens was the first (& only for a long time) veggie restaurant that I knew as a teenager. Opened my eyes to the fact that eating out had more options than a veggie lasagne or as one restaurant served, plain spaghetti with ketchup 😕You paved the way Simon 💚

We didn’t get to complete all @taskmaster cracker tasks on Christmas Day. Means the main criteria for all clothing has been deep pockets to hide the ducks in preparation for the final task. Worth it 😅 @AlexHorne
