@AvantiWestCoast some of the window seats are getting wet because of leaking. Please do the maintenance soon otherwise these expensive seats gonna be ruined very quickly. Also not a very good for peak time commuters.

(2/2) ... the ticket I collected says Return but “it is valid for an outward journey ONLY” !!! Why does it say RETURN on too then ? For this confusion I have to pay 19 pounds extra and wait 25 mins unnecessarily. Any explanations ?

@TK_HelpDesk I know the rule, just missing the justification. You should not refund when you cannot resale the ticket, but you are able to resale and still want to rip off the customer. How fair is that ?

I bought a non-refundable ticket from @TurkishAirlines. Now I decided not to go for the trip. TA can resale the ticket at (min.) the same price, if asked I can do that as well. But, unfortunately as the ticket was non ref, I will get no money back. How this is fair ? #airline
