@edutopia I also make sure at the end of every day I shake the hands of my ms students and look them in the eye and say something positive like great participation today, or you killed it in the kindness department today!!!!the goal is that students leave feeling appreciated.

Totally agree. I was so anxious when I took timed math tests when I was younger. I focused more on the time than actually thinking about the problems! I still struggle with math to this day. #aedu209
