@BritishGasHelp Your last bill said there might be a ‘small change’. And calculating it over 12 months should still be less than £200 pcm. Why has £325 been taken out?

@andrewcollier @ecarda1 @GingaGill It does look to this outsider as if the federation is trying to avoid any scenario in which you have to say, in summing up the results: "We said what we'd do and x per cent didn't agree". Otherwise why not ask, yes or no?

Proposal also says it takes community views seriously. But consultation doesn't ask the most obvious question: "do you agree with our proposal?" Just seeks views, with seemingly no attempt to make them statistically analysable. V revealing.
