We were so lucky over the last few weeks to be able to watch chick eggs in the warmer, try to look inside with a flashlight and then get to meet them once they hatched. Thanks to @KanyoMs for this awesome experience! @SMCDSB_SCH

@KiSS925 I’m grateful for literally anything, the obvious useful ones are coffee or Amazon gift cards because we do buy a lot for our classes. My favourite of all time is a card written from a parent letting me know how much they appreciated me and what I did for their child.

This week we learned about Holy Week and looked forward to celebrating Easter. We wrote about what would happen if we met the Easter bunny, we had an Easter egg hunt in our classroom and we enjoyed some bread and grape juice after talking about the Last Supper. @SMCDSB_SCH

We made sure to set up our traps before we left today. Students worked hard at brainstorming, writing and then finally making their Leprechaun traps. I have a good feeling about these ones! @SMCDSB_SCH

I love getting notes and drawings from my students. These 3 students were being very secretive about their drawings and then revealed these 3 amazing portraits of me. I think they did a fantastic job! @SMCDSB_SCH is

On Wednesday we wore pink! We talked about how important it is to choose kindness and to understand the power behind our words. We took time to write one kind thing about each person in our class on a shirt, so that students can read them when they need a pick-me-up. @SMCDSB_SCH
